My name is Bazil, and I’m a fourth-year medical student in Budapest, Hungary.

This page was born out of many struggles, fears, and uncertainties, but I’m committed to making it a long-term project.

I started this website after realizing how much our daily decisions can profoundly impact our lives, often unexpectedly. I wanted to explore these effects and how quickly things can change.

In 2021, during my first year of medical school, I began reading research papers to deepen my understanding of health as I prepared to work in the healthcare system. Despite my curiosity, most information focused solely on illness, receptors, and symptoms—rarely addressing how to heal the root causes instead of just treating symptoms. I wanted to shift the focus to curing the core problem from the outset.

As I learned more about health, longevity, and lifestyle medicine, I started introducing new habits that gradually improved my health and wellbeing. I became more energetic, recovered faster from workouts, and even overcame a longstanding challenge—asthma.

Through this newsletter, I share the latest research, scientific evidence, personal experiences, thoughts, and advice in an easy-to-understand way, so you can quickly apply them to your own life.
